11 - WEDDING DAY COORDINATION
I'll be honest, I really hope that you have hired someone to run point for you on your wedding day, even if it is just to sort out the morning set up and the take down at the end of the evening. At very least, please designate a family member or friend who can act on your behalf and share these resources with them so that you, your fiancé and your family can enjoy the day.

A key to success on your wedding day is communication. Remember, the goal is that someone else can act on your behalf and that means that they need to be familiar with all your wedding plans, especially the logistics. This needs to happen BEFORE your big day and here are the tasks that you need to think through.

Sharing your plans and designating out wedding work is best done in writing. This way there is a guide of sorts that can be referenced throughout the day. We have shared our Wedding Binder to help you think through some of the most common wedding day tasks that need attention, it is by no means comprehensive but hopefully it helps mitigate some of the chaos.
