Yikes!  We are 1 hour until wedding time and there have been a few hiccups. The groomsmen have no idea how to properly tie their bowties, the Smiths have arrived way too early and are complaining that the event team is still setting up and there is rumor that your cousin isn't well and won't be able to perform her guestbook duties at the reception tonight.  Take a deep breath and let that stress drift away, we got this.


We are professional problem solvers.  AKA Day of Coordinators, or more aptly, 'Month of Coordinators' as that is when we come on scene to take over the reins and begin prepping for the big day.  This service is perfect for couples who are comfortable with event planning but want someone to run point for them on their wedding day.


All packages include a site tour, wedding day planning and prep sessions as well as a rehearsal ceremony with your wedding party.  Events hosted outside of Calgary or on private estates will be subject to additional charges and pricing may vary based on the logistics and complexity of your wedding details.

  • Assistance creating a detailed event timeline that outlines the order of events

  • Communicate event itinerary with vendors and confirm service start / end times

  • Consult on event styling and recommend DTA décor to suit overall wedding aesthetic

  • Checklists, workbooks and complete access to the Wedding 101 community platform

  • Coordinate DIY wedding floral, specialty greenery and wholesale orders

  • Rehearsal ceremony with your wedding party and officiant


  • Your morning task rabbit to pick up flowers + wedding cake + run last minute errands 

  • Oversee event set up and act as point of contact for all wedding vendors + guests

  • Assist with decorations, event signage and ensure all wedding details are to spec

  • Meet and greet guests and assist with seating (general + special needs)

  • Organize wedding party + cue music for processional / recessional

  • Flip event space and ensure Reception is set up as per event floor plan + design specs

  • Transition guests to Cocktail Hour and coordinate drink tickets / host bar options

  • Assist with guest seating and liaise with emcee and caterer on event timeline

  • Line up wedding party and cue grand entrance / first dance

  • Formally hand off event to emcee, caterer and service team

The Classic Wedding Package focuses on the event set up + ceremony coordination; an ideal choice for couples who have a savvy emcee and a dedicated catering team to manage their reception celebration.

  • Oversee the reception program and cue emcee to begin toasts + wedding speeches

  • Liaise with caterer throughout meal service and manage the event timeline

  • Prompt Emcee to cue family dances and transition guests to dance floor

  • Assist with cultural traditions, trivia games and any other planned wedding activities 

  • Help coordinate end of the night shuttles and transportation service

  • Package wedding gifts and load into the designated vehicle / facility storage space

  • Clean up decorations, florals, favors, centerpieces and any personal items

  • Gather and inventory external rentals (linens, tableware + general décor pieces)
